What was on it::: Eggs and a left-over Spanish rice mix (green beans, squash, tomatoes, and peppers stir fried up). I scrambled the eggs and Spanish rice together, then wrapped them. Next, I coated them with a layer of vegetarian refried beans and cheese. I cooked them in the oven until the cheese had melted.
